To enroll your child in our Summer Camp 2025, you need to complete the Summer Camp Registration Form.

How to fill out the form:
When you click on the form, a new browser tab will open up. Please click on the save button to proceed
2. Once you find the form in the downloads folder, double-click on it. You will be able to edit the form. Click on the edit button.
3. Now you can fill out the require information on the form.
After filling out the form, make sure to hit the save button to capture all the information you've entered. Once that's done, you can proceed to email the form to info@wavecrestacademy.org
Payments are due on the first Monday of each week. You have the option to pay by cash, check, or invoice. When submitting the form via email, please indicate your preferred payment method. If you opt for an invoice, it will be sent to the email address we have on record for you.
